Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1 - 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL DELIVERY
WE DO NOT offer local delivery and only ship through our trusted delivery companies. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1 day of purchase using Royal Mail. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders shipping to outside of the UK.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. Orders over a certain total (Changes depend on the location being shipped to) will be granted free shipping. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to almost every country (Please checkout to see if you are eligible for shipping). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Every order will be fulfilled within one day of the placement of the order and shipped the next day. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the order to arrive.  

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customersupport@nafrashop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
